How does Load Up work?Load Up enables you to shop for provisions online from local stores. Once an order is placed, a Loader will pick, deliver, and load your items onto your boat. To get started, create an account, select a store, add items to your cart, and place your order.

Can I track my order?Yes, Load Up allows you to track your order from the moment the shopper begins until the items are delivered. You will receive notifications and can communicate directly with the Loader for any special instructions.

What happens if an item is out of stock?If an item is unavailable, Loaders will either find an appropriate substitute or contact you for alternative options.

Is tipping required for Load Up deliveries?Tipping is optional but encouraged. Tips can be added during checkout or afterward, and 100% of the tip goes directly to the Loader.

ASAP vs. Scheduled Delivery: ASAP deliveries depend on Loader availability at the time, whereas scheduled deliveries ensure a reserved time slot, making the process more predictable. For the fastest service, consider scheduling your delivery a few hours or a day in advance.

How will I be charged for my Load Up order?Load Up applies a few standard fees per order, with specific charges depending on your selections: Service Fee: A flat-rate fee that supports the platform and its services. Delivery Fee: Varies by order size, time of day, and location. ASAP Order Fee: An additional fee may apply for faster, 'ASAP' orders due to high demand. Multiple Store Fee: An extra fee is added for each store beyond the first when ordering from multiple stores. Stocking Fee: A fee for orders that require special overnight storage. A temporary hold is placed on your credit card based on the estimated order cost. After purchase, any unused amount is refunded to your account promptly.
